Sports performance training is its own entity. The goal is maximum performance. This involves multiple styles of training from power lifts to calisthenics. I have experience with high level runners, golfers, tennis players, swimmers, hockey players, football players, basketball players, soccer players, rowers, boxers and MMA athletes. All programs will be customized to the sport, level, on and off season timing, and injury considerations. I also have worked with people attempting to pass physicals for the police and fire department.
