As we get older, it becomes that much more imperative to take care of our bodies. With age comes wisdom, stability, and assurance. However, barriers to maintaining a healthy lifestyle also come into play, which may include loss of mobility, injuries, or health conditions.
As a professional, I know how to work around the complexities that are common among mature people. I’ll create a training plan that takes into account the things that most other trainers don’t know how to work with.
