If private training does not suite your lifestyle, then my on-line virtual program may work for you. This program is affordable and you still get the one on one focus needed to reach your goals. All you need is a computer and a bit of room in your home and I’ll be there for you in real-time to take you through your workout. Fitness Assessment

An important part of any responsible training program, a fitness assessment objectively measures your current level of physical fitness. The assessment is used to measure: body fat index, physical endurance, muscle strength, and blood pressure. I log and review your current eating and exercise habits, and your current health goals.

Strength Training

I’ll guide you through a program that will develop strength and increase endurance while ensuring that work outs are interesting. I’ll work with you to achieve maximum results, combining weight training, cardiovascular activity and nutrition guidance to provide optimum results. To maximize your progress, I’ll continually monitor and adjust your program by making regular assessments. Your program will continue to be personally tailored so that the workouts are focused on getting what your body requires to effectively achieve your goals.
